2 fresh trout or perch fillets

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Prepare the baking dish: Lightly grease a small clay pot or baking dish with olive oil.
