100ml (1/2 cup) evaporated milk

100ml (1/2 cup) condensed milk

100ml (1/2 cup) heavy cream

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small baking dish.

Make the sponge cake:

Beat the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy.

Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt together, then gently fold into the egg mixture along with the vanilla extract.
