Instructions

  1. Prepare the Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup grated cassava, 1/2 cup coconut milk, 1/4 cup sugar, 2 tbsp melted butter, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, and 1/4 tsp grated ginger. Mix well to ensure all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

  2. Bake: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Pour the mixture into a small, greased baking dish. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  3. Cool & Serve: Allow the cassava pone to cool slightly before slicing. Enjoy it warm or at room temperature.
