Bouillabaisse Recipe for 2

🛒 Ingredients:

  • 200g white fish (cod, sea bass) 🐟

  • 6 mussels or shrimp 🦐

  • 2 tomatoes, diced 🍅

  • ½ onion, chopped 🧅

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄

  • 500ml fish stock 🥣

  • ½ tsp saffron 🌿

  • ½ tsp thyme 🌿

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • 1 tbsp olive oil 🫒

  • Salt & pepper to taste


👨‍🍳 Instructions:

1️⃣ Sauté the Base:

  • Heat olive oil in a pot.

  • Add onions & garlic, cook for 2 min.

  • Stir in tomatoes, thyme, paprika & saffron, cook for 5 min.

2️⃣ Add the Broth:

  • Pour in fish stock, bring to a simmer.

  • Add salt & pepper, let simmer for 20 min.

3️⃣ Cook the Seafood:

  • Add white fish & shellfish, simmer for 10 min until cooked.

4️⃣ Final Touch:

  • Drizzle with extra olive oil, serve hot.

  • Pair with crusty bread & rouille sauce.
