🛒 Ingredients:

200g white fish (cod, sea bass) 🐟

6 mussels or shrimp 🦐

2 tomatoes, diced 🍅

½ onion, chopped 🧅

2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄

500ml fish stock 🥣

½ tsp saffron 🌿

½ tsp thyme 🌿

½ tsp paprika
-
1 tbsp olive oil 🫒

Salt & pepper to taste
👨🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Sauté the Base:

Heat olive oil in a pot.

Add onions & garlic, cook for 2 min.

Stir in tomatoes, thyme, paprika & saffron, cook for 5 min.
2️⃣ Add the Broth:

Pour in fish stock, bring to a simmer.

Add salt & pepper, let simmer for 20 min.
3️⃣ Cook the Seafood:

Add white fish & shellfish, simmer for 10 min until cooked.
4️⃣ Final Touch:

Drizzle with extra olive oil, serve hot.
