Indian Cuisine

Indian cuisine is different in the north and in the south region. Local spices are  asafoetida (hing), kokum, and amchoor add depth to dishes across the country. Local dishes In North India, Chicken Tikka Masala, a creamy tomato-based dish with grilled chicken, while in the South Masala Dosa, a spicy potato-filled crepe.

Local  refreshing drink is  Lassi, a yogurt-based beverage flavored with mango or cardamom.  Indian fruits are  Starfruit  and Jamun from the region.
