Ingredients:
For the Roll:
2 large parathas (or make fresh ones)

For the Filling:
250 g spiced chicken or mutton, cooked and sliced
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
Fresh cilantro leaves

For the Sauces:
2 tbsp green chutney
2 tbsp tamarind chutney
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions:

Prepare the Filling:
Cook and spice the meat as desired. Slice into thin strips.

Prepare the Paratha:
Warm the parathas on a skillet until slightly crispy but pliable.

Assemble the Roll:
Spread green chutney and tamarind chutney on each paratha.
