Ingredients:

  • 1 pound cooked lobster meat, chopped

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 4 split-top hot dog buns

  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
