For the Caramel:

3 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp water
For the Custard:

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

1/2 cup whole milk

1 egg
Recipe for 2 persones:

Prepare the Caramel:

In a small saucepan, melt the sugar and water over medium heat until golden brown, swirling the pan occasionally.

Pour the caramel into two small ramekins, coating the bottom evenly.

Make the Custard:

In a bowl, whisk together the condensed milk, whole milk, and egg until smooth.

Pour the mixture over the caramel in the ramekins.

Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).

Place the ramekins in a baking dish and fill the dish with hot water halfway up the sides of the ramekins.

Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the custard is set but still jiggles slightly in the center.

Let the ramekins cool to room temperature, then chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
